Fairview PTFA Fireworks - Friday 27th October 2023

We are thrilled to announce the return of the PTFA Fairview Fireworks on Friday 27th October 2023.  Following last years success we are aiming for this years event to be bigger and better, with more food available, a licenced bar, better glow toys (Cash Only)  and a few extras with prizes to win to make the night even more magical and fun!

To book tickets, please click here.

Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and sales will stop once we have reached capacity.  We will not be able to make additional tickets available for health and safety reasons.

This year we have had to charge for children aged 0-3.  The charge is £1 and applies to all children under 4, including babies. This is to ensure they are included in our headcount for health & safety and insurance reasons.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket, drawn before the event, with the winner pressing the button to start the fireworks! Last years winner had the best time and is definitely entering again! Fingers crossed!

We look forward to seeing you there!

The PTFA have replaced the outdoor play equipment in Key Stages 1 and 2. This was officially 'handed over' to School Council members in Term 2, 2021.

Fairview PTFA members are all volunteers – we are parents, teachers, friends or family of children at Fairview Community Primary School. We give as much time as we can even if it's just a few hours.

The events we run are not just about fundraising but are chosen because of the enjoyment and value they provide to pupils, their families, and friends. Helping the PTFA is a lot of fun especially for the children of our members who get the opportunity to help out behind the scenes.

We pride ourselves on running a full programme of exciting events and raising between £8,000 and £12,000 for the school each year.

If you'd like to catch us around the school, key committee members to look out for are:
Chair - Ellie Wilson
Vice Chair -
Andrew Gutteridge
Communications Co-ordinator - Sarah Woods
Treasurer - Nicola Fookes
Catering Organiser - Ben Martin

Committee Members - Faye Edwards, Natasha Rickersey, Natasha Nichols, Sarah Gowland-Smith, Hayley Wildes, Jim Mcgrath, Tom Tagg.

We welcome new members!
