We participated in a workshop on the 23rd of November with Rainham Mark. We rubbed balloons on our hair, and because of the electricity, it stuck to our heads! By the end of it, we definitely had some crazy hair. We also rubbed clothes onto a stick and we travelled tin cans across the hall, using electricity. The rods didn't even touch the cans! We saw a plasma ball and we also touched it. We could see the electricity going through us and into the floor! After the workshop we got to play with electricity kit and make our own circuits, We had a super afternoon!

During our sound unit in Term 1, we made string telephones. We could feel the vibrations travelling up the string!

Our visit from the Astro Dome was fun and exciting. We loved sitting into the dome and learning all about sound.
